Rhythmbox 0.3.13 Ubuntu 11.10. recording cannot

Dear Readers,
Running Ubuntu 11.10 and Rhythmbox 0.3.13
Want to update with the plugins for recording
a.)record radio station-plugin
b.) radio browser.
Have successfully  installed  the plugins,
Have checked; streamripper, python-gtk2,python-glade2,python-gobject, 
libnotify-bin
but I cannot see any buttons  for setting , or recording  in rhythmbox?????
