Hi Blaine,

I just tried to compile Rhythmbox and ran into your error.  You need 
to look for the package that has aclocal/yelp.m4 in it and rerun 
autogen.  On fedora, it's called yelp-tools.

For some reason, nothing seems to complain if the file is missing nor 
does make avoid building the help files.  I'm going to poke around and 
see if I know enough to make a patch.
