Improved example client container.

HI Everyone,
	    Included is everything you need to embed AbiWord-1.1.4
(released today) in a remote client. The example code shows to communicate
with the AbiWord bonobo control via properties collected in a property
bag.  It took me a while to realize that the move to bonobo2 required a
fundamental reworking of how properties are associated with GObjects. 
Instead of the old way of using GtkArg's with GtkObject's.

The example code distributed with libbonobo does not show how to do this.  
Feel free to include this example code (hacked as you wish) in the sample
directory of libbonobo in the future.

Micheal if you wonder why more people aren't using bonobo - think about 
more examples!
