Simple example of image viewer with bonob and orbit

Hi,

I am looking for a simple example to start with to build as system which 
sends a stream of images over an ORBit link and with the use of bonobo 
from a ORBit-server to an ORBit-client.

I am new to bonobo and I don't understand the source code of EOG, so I 
am really looking for a way to get a simple demo-application going which 
transmits image-streams.
