bin/setup.in: Use up-stream sources from
http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/source.html instead of our
self-packaged.  (Still there's a copy is provided in
go-oo.org/packages/upstream-copy; this one is used if you specify
--with-mirror="http://go-ooo.org/packages" or a go-oo.org
mirror.)
* configure.in: Identify yourself as 2.1.0.0.
