* configure.ac: Use REGEXXER_PKG_PATH_PROG() to locate the
gtk-update-icon-cache command.
* pixmaps/Makefile.am (update-icon-cache): Add new target, which
is invoked as prerequisite of install-data-hook in order to update
the GTK+ icon theme cache after installation.
