* src/gth-image-selector.c:
(realize):
(update_mouse_selection):
(set_active_area):
(get_event_area_from_id):
(set_cursor): use a GDK_CROSSHAIR cursor, update the cursor while dragging
the selection.

* data/glade/gthumb_camera.glade:
* src/dlg-photo-importer.c: simplyfied the camera dialog, added a
"no camera detected" message when the list is empty.
