* gda-sharp/gda-sharp.dll.config.in: Refer to correct .so name.

Fixes for 64-bit systems:
* providers/bdb/libmain.c: Include gda-config.h.
* providers/odbc/gda-odbc-provider.c:
(gda_odbc_provider_change_database): Cast to (unsigned long) instead of UDWORD.
