Build from SVN

Hi,

I tried to build beagle from SVN HEAD checkout and got the following
problem: ./configure searches for po/Makefile.in.in and could not find
it. Directory po/ contains localisation stuff. Do the localisations in
po/ need a Makefile? What went wrong?

automake (GNU automake) 1.10.1
aclocal (GNU automake) 1.10.1
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.61
