Well, indeed, yes, there was the SQLite migration with 2.24. Does/did Beagle access Evolution's data store directly though, or through an Evolution exported API? I was hoping it was the latter and therefore immune to the SQLite change. If there is no API and Beagle is trying to read Evolution's files directly, this could certainly explain the Evolution indexing problems.
