(proposal) BeagleFS GUI

Hi dears,

I wrote a simple GUI for BeagleFS (yes, I love it).

Well, I would like to integrate it in Beagle-search and propose the
patch to you, but I'm not able to find a Monodevelop project.
Does it exist?
