[gnome-db] gda_sql_builder_add_field_value() with Null values.

Should I be able to call gda_sql_builder_add_field_value() to INSERT a
NULL value (GDA_TYPE_NULL). That seems to fail with a warning like this:

** (glom:21696): WARNING **: Unhandled data type '(null)'
