The number of arguments required by each type of GdaSqlOperatorType does not depend on the provider, it's defined by the SQL language. There is currently no way of knowing how many arguments a GdaSqlOperatorType requires. There is also no way of knowing for sure if a specific provider supports a GdaSqlOperatorType. Note that each of these kind of information would however not be very difficult to implement if you really need them.
