Hey, thanks for this hint. In Devhelp the links work. I was not aware
of this tool up to now.

@Andreas: After installing Devhelp I could click on
GtkBaselinePosition in GtkBox. No dead link. Both gtk3 and gtk4 devel
docs installed locally. Hm.
