Fonts Has Two New Maintainers

As of today, Evan Welsh and I are taking on the role of maintainer for 
Fonts (gnome-font-viewer).
Cosimo Cecchi has been inactive as of late, and Evan and I are both 
interested in keeping fonts
functional and up-to-date.
