(Enhancement) Use #line in %h{ %} blocks

Hi (again),

I made an error in an inline function defined in a %h{ %} block, and
the compiler reported the error in the generated header file instead of
in the .gob. It seems that gob2 (2.0.19) doesn't use #line directives
for %h{ %} blocks (or other %*{ %} blocks?). Please could it be
enhanced by generating such directives in future.

I hope I don't sound too critical of gob by reporting these bugs, I
think it's a great tool. Defining virtual methods is so tedious without
it.
