Devhelp with Firefox 3/xulrunner 1.9

Hi all,

Just noticed that Devhelp needs Firefox 2 / xulrunner 1.8, and won't 
build against Firefox 3 / xulrunner 1.9.

Looking through the bug tracker, it doesn't look to have been addressed yet.

One of the Ubuntu or Slackware packagers, jong357, seems to have already 
made a working patch set to allow building against Firefox 3/xulrunner 1.9:
