Scaffold: Code Automation Paper (e.g. What I wish to implement)

The first draft of my paper and design of Active Code Generation and
Automation in Scaffold is up on my site.  It basicly states the problem
and solutions but doesn't go too far into the design in this draft.  I
am going to start coding this soon so any comments, suggestions or
people who would like to help would be cool.  I've had this in mind for
awhile now and with Anjuta 2 now renamed to Scaffold and I have more
time on my hands I guess this is the best time to implement this.
