[gtksourceview]: 0.7 build failures in Debian Unstable

Hi everyone,

I'm the Debian GNU/Linux maintainer for gtksourceview (since 0.5) and
I've been having a lot of trouble working out why it no longer builds in
Debian unstable since 2003-10-22 when it first did for i386. Build logs
showing the current libtool error can be viewed at
<http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?pkg=gtksourceview>.

I've attached config.log as well as the --debug output of the libtool
command failing. Could somebody please help me make sense of this build
failure as it is holding back gedit 2.4 among others from Debian
unstable.
