Hi John,

Well, if you look at when the last commit was made to scaffold, you
might have known :) Also, i said that nobody is actively working on it.
That doesn't mean it's dead perse. I know Gustavo said that he wanted to
keep working on it. But i don't know if he still feels that way.

The modules which aren't actively being worked on atm are:
- glimmer (MonoDevelop uses gtksourceview directly instead of the
glimmer bonobo component).
- scaffold

gdl is still actively maintained (and used in MonoDevelop). gnome-build
isn't being used _yet_ in MonoDevelop, but it has some very useful code.
This module is also maintained by gustavo & me.
