Devhelp 0.14 released

Devhelp 0.14 has been released!

Devhelp is a developer tool for browsing and searching API documentation
for GTK+ and GNOME.

This is the first release for the upcoming GNOME 2.20 version. The full 
list of changes:

- Use theme colors for gecko 1.9 and later (bug #347967)
- Call g_thread_init (bug #414221, Mikael Hallendal)
- Add --focus-search command line option (bug #409182, Ryan Lortie)
