Nautilus string exception

Hi,

I would like to introduce two string exceptions for Nautilus to fix some bugs for 3.16.
- "_Delete Permanently" in nautilus-view-context-menus for systems that does not support trash. Bug report https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=748692
- "_Remove from Recent" in nautilus-view-context-menus since we removed it accidentally for 3.16. Bug report https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=746392
