Hi Felipe, *if* you'd like to request a UI freeze break request you need to contact the release-team. See https://wiki.gnome.org/ThreePointSeventeen or https://wiki.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/Freezes#UI_Freeze But I have no idea yet if this actually is a UI change. The email subject mentions UI changes, the body new strings.
