New contributor

Hello,

May I introduce myself. My name is Hannie and I am a contributor 
(translator, reviewer, author) for both Gnome and Ubuntu. I am 
coordinator of the Dutch translation teams (see 1 and 2 below), and team 
lead of the Ubuntu Manual Project (3).

Since Ubuntu (17.10) has decided to drop Unity and use the Gnome 
environment instead, I think it is important to translate 
gnome-user-docs in the Dutch language. I am working at it now, but it 
takes time because the strings are much longer than gui translations.

While translating, I noticed a few things I would like to discuss on 
this list, hence my subscription today.

I would also like to contribute as a reviewer for the gnome-user-docs. I 
am not yet familiar with the workflow, but I am an experienced user of git.

I will send seperate emails to this list about the things I would like 
to discuss.
