[evolution-ews] Two new translatable strings added for 3.27.91

	Hello,
I realized I missed some functionality before 3.27.90 release of
evolution-ews, which requires two new translatable strings, thus I
added them with commit [1]. The strings in question are:
   Tenant cannot be empty
   Application ID cannot be empty
Nothing else about translation or UI had been changed.
