UI/Feature Freeze Delay for GNOME Games App

Hi,

Games isn't a core application and hence doesn't need to follow the 
GNOME schedule, but we try to follow it so out of courtesy I have to 
warn you that we are not going to freeze the UI and feature list of the 
application on the 30th of July but on the 13th of August.

We have a few important features which are almost ready but which need 
an extra week to mature, most of them coming from a GSoC project. If 
you need any more information, please contact me.
