Hi,

I would like to backport a commit from git master to gnome-3-30 that
fixes a number of notification issues in gnome-software:

It breaks the string freeze and adds the following strings (mostly
adding singular forms of existing strings):

"%s has been updated."
"Please restart the application."
"%s and %s have been updated."
"%u application requires a restart."
"Includes %s, %s and %s."
