Update on the West Coast Hackfest

Hi all,

This is just to update everybody on this list on the current status of
the docs hackfest planning. 

If you don't follow https://discourse.gnome.org/t/community-hackfest/240,
Kristi from the Foundation has been planning a July community hackfest and
the docs team got invited to join the GTK and Engagement teams. 

I've updated https://wiki.gnome.org/DocumentationProject/Hackfests and
https://wiki.gnome.org/Hackfests/WestCoastHackfest with a proposed agenda,
but please add your own ideas to the list. 

Let me know if you would like to participate.
