Upgraded to 2.21.5: can't read POP mail

Hi all;

I upgraded to the latest SVN this morning but now I can't read my POP
mailbox!  It asks for a password, then doesn't download anything.  If I
click SendReceive again, it asks for a password again, then still
doesn't download anything.
