Let me guess: * the "alarm-notify" module is the one in Evolution, right? It's not said anywhere. That you reference a commit doesn't mean everybody will thoroughly read it to figure out what you really want. * you are questioninig the place of the module, right? In what way? You didn't say it, did you? Are you "suggesting" to move it to the evolution-data-server? Or to a separate place? Or? My opinion is: do not move it anywhere. There are reasons why it's where it is. Being there a chance to have it for example in eds, it's there from the very beginning. * if there were any other magics hidden under the generic terms you provided, I didn't get them even more than that what I guessed from it above. Do you see the very difference in the communication? Being straight and concrete. I'd like to ask whether it's possible to move the Evolution's "alarm-notify" module to <....>, because <....>. Fill the gaps...
