Feels similar to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/-/issues/1308

Evolution relies on enchant2 for spell-checking (which in turn relies
on other libraries). If there was some backend using a Grammarly web
API then it would have to be implemented lower in the software stack.
