Calendar not recognizing my timezone

Hi List, I'm on Debian testing (Bookworm) with Evolution version 3.46.0-2. When I try to create a appointment or meeting via Evolution's Calendar I get a message: "Failed to add timezone to “[email protected] : [email protected]” Could not add calendar time zone: Invalid object" When I click save or save & close in the appointment or meeting. But if I go to Google Calendar itself I can add it just fine. The Timezone is US Central or America-Chicago. I've also tried changing the timezone to America- North Dakota-New_Salem and still get the message. I don't get any abnormal stuff in GDB (I'm still trying to get the stuff for the libsoup error) when it fails either, so no backtrace yet.
