more String changes in Evolution

I just committed the patch for bug #330387:

This are two simple string change fixing a typo and correcting the
phrasing.

Affected files in CVS:
 evolution/mail/mail.error.xml


BTW, since I am pretty new WRT announcing string changes, please let me
know if my announcements should be more descriptive. :)  Note though,
