[Exchange] Folder-Append-Operation Fails

Hi,

When the subject contains characters that obstruct forming of web URLs,
the message will fail to append to an exchange folder. This was largely
disturbing the mail-import operations and sending mail to a certain
extent. 

Patch attached @ http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=271567 fixes
this. Please review.
