Hence turn around time for patches tends to be affected. I agree with Philip in spirit, I thing for starters there is a need to delegate patch review responsibilities to note worthy contributors. The choice of reviewers can be left to the team itself, its a simple trivial issue but could go in a long way to help getting more contributors involved. -- Shreyas
