Summary of Red Hat's Evolution patches

I thought it might be useful to put together a summary of Red Hat's
patches for Evolution and related packages that have not yet been merged
upstream.  Some of the patches still seem to need more work (based on
Bugzilla feedback), which I've flagged in this list.  The rest are
either waiting for a review or waiting for approval to commit.

If upstream developers or other distro maintainers find this useful,
I'll try to do this on a regular basis.
