In case you missed it, the two relevant deadlines for the 2018 GUADEC bid
submissions are:

*Intentions to bid:* Monday, April 17, 2017
*Formal bid:* Sunday, June 4, 2017

For the intention to bid, all you need to do is add your information
to the 2018
bid wiki page <https://wiki.gnome.org/GUADEC/2018/Bids> [1] and send a
quick email to [email protected] letting us know that you're working on
a bid. You can find more information on the wiki page.
