New times for Engagement Meeting call and Social Hour event

Hi all,

Given that many of our contributors cannot make to the calls at 20:00
UTC, here is the new poll https://framadate.org/XXGMNZffW8IOM3Ab with
more options and times to choose.

The same structure will be applied regarding the week days.

Social hour event will happen in the first week of the month and the
engagement call in the third week.
In case that Saturday is the favorite day for these meetings, I will
handover the leading of the calls to another person.
