Network outage for some IRC services tonight

Hi everyone!

I just got an announcement that the networking people at Umeå University 
will replace some switches connecting acc.umu.se to the world. This means 
that the GIMPNet swerver irc.acc.umu.se as well as GIMPNet services will 
be offline for some time this evening, somewhere between 19-24 CEST.
