Hi Sean, Sorry about the mailing list troubles for [email protected], it seems mailman was down. I restarted it, but that causes such a large wave of spam pending moderator approval that I fear some messages got lost. I didn’t receive Chris’ response here, for instance: https://adium.im/pipermail/devel_adium.im/2016-June/009361.html As for myself, as you can see I hardly have time to do any server maintenance, let alone coding or serving the board, so I have to pass. I also can’t think of anyone still active in the Adium community who is more likely to be interested. Feel free to nominate yourself if you're interested, or someone else you think might do a good job. At the end of each corporate year, she or he shall have an audit of the accounts of the Corporation made by a committee appointed by the President, and shall present such audit in writing at the annual meeting of the Directors, at which time she or he shall also present an annual report setting forth in full the financial condition of the Corporation. > > 6.
