Login via webview

The other thing I haven't quite worked out for my new prpl is how to
work with an initial login process that requires a web browser.

You start at the signin url and just continue until you end up at a URL
like fooprotocol://sso_sessions?Token=xxxxx

For now I'm making the user enter the token after doing that manually,
but even though it's a one-off at account setup time, it still sucks :)

It might be possible to screen-scrape the HTML forms a bit and present
prompts to the user via purple_request_fields(), but that's not ideal.
