Not sure really.  The main problem is that the alternatives aren't all
that much better which is really really sad.  There's crazy stuff like
Jira that we can get a FOSS license for, but that's a beast I don't
want to thrust onto users or ourselves when it comes to
administration.

I'd also point out that we basically left it behind in 2007, here's an
outdated graph showing as much...
