Sorry for the late late late reply, it's hard for me to stay on top of
email...

Anyways, that was in the 3.0 branch which is very much diverged from the
2.x.y branch.  Is there something in particular you're after aside from
just removing the network manager stuff?  In other words, what's the back
story here?
