2.17.5: desktop/evolution requires desktop/control-center

I mentioned this before, but when compiling desktop/evolution directly,
desktop/control center MUST be included as a dependent. Otherwise evolution
will run, but not display any stock icons. It requires
gnome-settings-daemon to run.
