Already released yesterday [1], perfectly on time, as scheduled. ;)

The general GNOME schedule including release dates can be found here:

Also, http://www.gnome.org/start/unstable seems to always redirect to
the currently appropriate schedule. GARNOME strictly follows the GNOME
schedule, so you can expect a GARNOME release for every GNOME version.
