News on CVS preparing 0.7.2

Hi all,
   I've made some fixes and added a new feature. I think we're ready for
the next micro release: it will be a bug fix release.

News & Fix:
- Fixed the dispatch on the "DOMSubtreeModified" in
  gdome_xml_n_removeChild.
- Added the "extern" modifier to all gdome-*-*-vtab const declaration
  (Thanx to Tobias)
- Added two new methods to the DOMImplementation Interface:
  + gdome_di_saveDocToFileEnc
  + gdome_di_saveDocToMemoryEnc
  now it is possible to serialize a DOM tree with a particular Character
  Encoding.
- Updated documentation
