Are you blind ?!

This is the solution like I typed it below.

Menu then pops up and in the left side you see entry "starting programs".

Click on it - and then you can enter all programs you need at start-up 
after login.


(Manomanoman... more is not possible... otherwise there would be ports 
open then...

Not so good, when you type your password at login...)
