using Xorg randr specified rotation

Hi,
I would like my desktop depending on the orientation defined in Xorg setup.

I disable gnome xrandr plugin and deleted monitors.xml files. however my 
screen orientation does not follow xorg setup .

if I launch xrandr cmd  in a terminal it rotates as desired.

I am autologin with lightdm.
