Treeview adding content dynamically

hi I have already created model Liststore view cell renderer GtkTreeView using Glade. I got how to add the contents with the help of glade. But i dont know how to add contents with the help of pygtk to a already created one like the above. ie in existence i have one treeview made with the help of glade how to add contents to this existing one through pygtk?
