The older unused gnome modules have been migrated to read-only repositories in 'archives/', the repository you're looking for is here: https://git.gnome.org/browse/archive/glade-legacy/ Seems tarballs are even still available here: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/glade/1.1/ I'm assuming that you are still using GTK+ 1.2.x from 10 years ago, if you are using _any_ version of GTK+ 2.x then you should really be using Glade 3.8 (along with the newer libglade2).
